Barco Galaxy NW-7: active 3D and Infitec DLP projector system

Barco has released a multichannel-friendly DLP projector with active 3D stereo and patented active Infitec capabilities. The Galaxy NW-7 sports 7,000-lumens with WUXGA (1920×1200) resolution and is design for high-resolution mutichannel setups, such as domes and “immersive systems”.
If you are in the market to create one hell of a simulation environment, the Barco line of products seem to be an avenue worth researching. They don’t have any prices listed online, however if thats a sticking point with you, then you aren’t ready for this level of 3D technology (and not many people are).
Barco’s Galaxy NW-7 is optimized for multi-projector system integration through various features:
• Edge blending technology creates one continuous image without blurry overlap zones where projections converge.
• DynaColor and linked constant light output (CLO) ensure the same light and color levels across the entire screen.
• Warping (geometry correction) enables accurate projection from different angles and across spherical or curved surfaces.
